Notice for Back-Up Long-Term
Bidding of Coal Suppliers
With reference to the backup long term bidding advertisement
published on 17th January 2026, Huaneng Shandong Ruyi
(Pakistan) Energy (Private) Limited (HSR), operating a
2 x 660 MW coal-fired power station located in Chak No.
76/5-R, Qadirabad, Sahiwal, Sahiwal City, Punjab, Pakistan,
invites applications from reputable coal traders with proven
experience in importing coal via sea shipments. Interested
applicants must not be listed on the FBR blacklist. All coal
payments will be made in Pakistani Rupees.
The Long-Term Bidding document containing detailed
conditions, submission procedures, evaluation criteria,
and other relevant information, is available for interested
bidders. To obtain the Long-Term Bidding document,
please send an email expressing your interest to
[email protected]. A non-refundable fee of PKR 50,000
will be charged for the bidding documents.
