General Manager/ Project Director, Diamer Basha Dam, Chilas,
Gilgit Baltistan on behalf of Wapda invites e-bids from the eligible
Firms/Supplier registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax
Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal
Board of Revenue for “Installation of Window Grills, Lead Sheet and
Miscellaneous Works at Thor Colony Chillas”
A complete set of E-Bidding documents, containing detailed terms
and conditions, specification and requirements etc. are available for
the registered bidders on EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
The electronic bids, must be submitted by using EPADS on or before
18.02.2026 at 11:00 A.M. Manual bids shall not be accepted.
Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M in the
office of Chief Engineer (HQ), DBDP WAPDA Thor in the presence of
bidders/representatives who choose to attend. Single stage one
envelope procedure shall be followed for this procurement.
Each bidder shall furnish a bid security amounting to Rs. 98,000/-
(Rupees: Ninety Eight thousands only) in the form of Deposit at
Call, or a unconditional Bank Guarantee issued by Schedule Bank in
Pakistan or /Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of General Manager /
Project Director, Diamer Basha Dam Project WAPDA. This
advertisement is also available on PPRA website at
www.ppra.org.pk. Scanned Copy must be uploaded on EPADS and
hard copy submitted to office of GM/PD, DBDP, WAPDA, Chillas.
WAPDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids any time
prior to acceptance of Bid Proposal.
