TENDER NOTICE
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS IN
NICL BUILDING, KARACHI
(NICL/PROCUREMENT/2026/5)
National Insurance Company Limited, owned by the Federal Government of
Pakistan and working under the administrative control of Ministry of
Commerce, invites bids from firms registered on E-PADS
(https://eprocure.gov.pk) for providing operation and maintenance of lifts in
NICL Building, Karachi with detailed scope mentioned in bidding documents.

Bidding documents (RFP) containing scope, bid eligibility criteria, bid
submission requirements, general terms & conditions and other related
information are available for download by registered suppliers on E-PADS at
https:/leprocure.gov.pk under Active Tenders.
The procurement procedure shall be Single Stage-Two Envelope (quality
and cost method) and bids to be submitted via E-PADS by the deadline
stated above. The Bid Securing declaration form (Signed, stamped Original
affidavit on stamp paper of at least Rs. 100) must be submitted to NICL
Procurement Department before the bid submission deadline as per below
mentioned address by 19 February 2026, 02:00 pm.
The bid opening shall be conducted through the NICL E-PADS portal in the
presence of Bid Opening Committee and participating bidders (if present) as
per the schedule mentioned above in Conference Room, 3º Floor, NICL
Building, Abbasi Shaheed Road, Karachi. Bidders who have submitted their
bids via E-PADS may also attend the bid opening through the Microsoft
Teams link, as provided in the bidding documents.
Clarifications, (if any), may be submitted via E-PADS by 17* February
20:26 at 5:00 pm.
All further information and updates (if any) shall be published on E-PADS
BIDDER MUST HAVE REGISTERED OFFICE IN KARACHI.
