1. Bid Solicitation documents and instruction to bidders can be obtained from the office of the undersigned and
downloaded up-to one day prior to the opening date from C&W web site (www.cwd.gkp.pk) and on KPPRA website
(www.kppra.gov.pk) before the submission date and time.
2. Completed detail of bid security in shape of CDR i.e Bank Name, CDR Number(s) and Date(s) must be submitted
electronically along with E-bid on EPAD System.
3. All bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), under Finance Act.
2013 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No. XXI of 2013).
4. The bidders should submit their E-bids as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.0(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10.05.2022.
5. The Participating contractor(s) must submit their updated FBR (Active Status), KPRA (Active Status), PEC License and
C&W Enlistment copies for the Current Financial Year, for each work, n the day of opening of tender(s).
6. Venue of bids opening is office of the Executive Engineer Building Division Nowshera.
7. All other terms & conditions can been seen on the above C&W Web Site or during the works hours in the office of the
undersigned.
