2.The contractors are required to submit their application for Issuance of tonder documents alongwith
their complete credentials as shown at (Sorial-00) by 28 February 2026. The applications shall be
scrutinized and the tender documents will only be issued to the firms who have sufficient experience
in the relevant field and satisfy other special conditions required for the job and area.
Tenders will only be issued to the scrutinized contractors
3.The tondor must be received in the office of accepting officer by 1130 hours on 07th March 2026 and
will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same date.
4. All contractors, irrespective of their enlistment or non-enlistment with MES will certily in witing that
they are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and will submit a copy of their
registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.
5.Contractors borne on the approved List of MES in category ‘A’, B, C & D having experience
I this type of work may only apply.
6. Contractors who desire may be present at the time of opening af tenders.
7.The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject the tender. Rejected lenders will be
dealt with as por Para 33 (i) of PPRA Rules
8.The interested parties can contact GE (N) COMWEST Gwadar/authonzed representative for further
details from 0715 to 1335 hours on all working days

Note: Contractors shall provide consilicate that they are not Involved in any type of ligation with
Government Department in the Court of Law and that no special report of Otractorate of
Inspection and Evaluation (E-Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
