INVITATION FOR BIDS
Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management Board (QMMB) is an
authority working under the administrative control of
National Heritage and Culture Division, Government of
Pakistan, invites bids from eligible bidders, who are registered
with Income tax, Sales tax, and Sindh Revenue Board and are
on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR & Sindh Revenue
Board, on (Single-Stage Two-Envelope) as per PPRA rules.
2. Tender documents can be downloaded from
http://eprocure.gov.pk free of cost. Bidders must submit their
bids through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System
(EPADS), accompanied by a scanned copy of Bid Security in
the form of Pay Order; in the name of Honorary Treasurer,
Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management Board, Karachi, as
per below mentioned amounts. Whereas, bid security in
original shall be submitted in the Accounts Section of Office
of the Resident Engineer Quaid-i-Azam Mazar
Management Board (QMMB) Karachi, opposite
Bab-e-Tanzeem, Corridor-III, New M.A. Jinnah Road,
Karachi-05 alongwith other necessary documents as stated in
bidding documents. Bidder must upload their complete tender
documents on EPADS at or before 11:00am, on 10th
February 2026.
3. Only bids received through EPAD will be entertained
and no other form of bid will be accepted. Bids will be opened
on same date and venue at 1130hrs in the Office of the
Resident Engineer Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management
Board (QMMB) Karachi, opposite Bab-e-Tanzeem,
Corridor-III, New M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi-5 in the
presence of the representatives of the firms, who want to be
witness. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will
be opened for which time and date will be communicated to
qualified firms accordingly.
4. Tender notice is also available on PPRA website
(www.ppra.org.pk).
