The Procurement of IT Equipment & Electrical Appliances
1. The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority has reserved Funds for the procurement
planned for FY 2025-26. The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Fund to cover eligible payments under
the contract for the Procurement of IT Equipment & Electrical Appliances:

2. The bidding shall be conducted in line with the Single Stage One Envelop
procedure prescribed under Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-Pak Procurement
Regulations, 2023 and any Regulations, Regulatory Guides, Procurement
Guidelines or Instructions issued by the Authority (from time to time), and is open
to all potential eligible bidders registered in the EPADS.
3. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting described in Bid
Security Section in Bidding Document in the form of Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque,
Demand Draft, E-Payment.
4. The electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instructions prescribed in the
Electronic Bidding Document must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before
11:00 am dated 24th February 2026 (Tuesday), Electronic bids will be opened
through EPADS 2.0 on the same day at 11:30 am. Manual submission of Bids shall
not be entertained
5. Bidder(s) are required to get themselves registered on https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/
before bid submission deadline. A tutorial to explain the registration process is

6. In terms of Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 Grievance Redressal
Committee (GRC) is notified for the subject procurement and notification copy is
available on the procuring agency’s website and on Authority’s website at
(www.ppra.org.pk).
