PRE-QUALIFICATION (PQ) NOTICE

FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING & MAINTENANCE OF
RADIATION ONCOLOGY EQUIPMENT (LINEAR ACCELERATOR (LINAC)
MULTI ENERGY-PACKAGE NO. 1-B) FOR THE NAWAZ SHARIF INSTITUTE
OF CANCER TREATMENT & RESEARCH, LAHORE
1. The “Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab’ IDAP (Employer) has been
established as an Autonomous body under the Infrastructure Development Authority of
Punjab Act, 2016 by the Government of Punjab for planning, designing, construction
and maintenance of Infrastructure in line with best international practices to cope with
future development needs.
2. Details of the procurement are as follows:

3. Please note that the subject procurement shall be carried out through EPADS of Punjab
Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. All interested applicants are required to
register on EPADS to be eligible for participation. PQ Notice/ PQ Document containing
detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for the registered bidders on EPADS
at http:/punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
Website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx and http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The
response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of advertisement
on the website of the Authority (PPRA).
4. The PQ documents prepared in accordance with the instructions in the PQ document…
must be submitted on EPADS on or before 26th February 2026, no later than 11:00 AM. Pre-
Qualification Proposal will be opened on the same day on E-PADS at 11:30 AM. Manual
submission of PQ Proposals shall not be accepted.
5. In case, the last date for submission of the PQ application is declared a public
holiday then the next working day will be considered for PQ application submission &
opening.
