PRINTING OF OPD TICKETS AND LAB REQUISITION SLIPS
PPHI SINDH is not for profit organization, registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites sealed bids for the
Procurement of “OPD Tickets and Lab Requisition Slips” from bidders having relevant experience on a Single Stage – Two
Envelope Bidding Procedure.
A complete set of bidding documents for printing of OPD Tickets and Lab Requisition Slips containing basic eligibility and
evaluation criteria and terms and conditions may be obtained separately from the Head office of PPHI SINDH Karachi by
submitting a pay order of the amount Rs. 1,000 in the name of PPHI SINDH (Non-refundable) on submission of application.

The bidding documents will be issued from 10-02-2026 to 24-02-2026 on working days, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
During Ramzan, the issuance time will be from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the address given above
The bid will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representative who choose to
present as per the given schedule as above.
In case of announcement of Public Holiday or any unfavorable circumstances, the tenders/bids will be submitted and
opened on the next working day; other terms & conditions, venue, and time will remain the same as mentioned in this
Notice.
All bids shall include applicable Govt taxes, and these will be deducted from the bills/invoices, according to the
Govt. Rules/Policy.
Bid Security @ 1% of the total value of the bid/contract must be submitted by the firms in the shape of a Pay
Order and must be attached in original with “Financial Bid” in favor of PPHI SINDH; otherwise bid will not be
considered and will be treated as non-responsive and rejected.
