TENDER NOTICE
Electronic bids are invited on e-Procurement System {(e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS)}
at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk from the Bidders i.e. General Order Suppliers/Manufacturers/Firms
engaged in trading, registered with relevant Authorities / Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax).
having Professional Tax certificate for the FY 2025-2026 from Excise & Taxation Department and
registered on e-Procurement System (EPADS). The Bids should be submitted as per Rule 38(2)
PPR2014 Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.

All electronic Bids must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security (Refundable) of 2% of the
estimated price in favor of Government College University, Lahore in the form of CDR/Bank
Guarantee Demand Draft/Pay Order. The original instrument of bid security shall be delivered in
Office of Director Purchase, GC University Lahore prior to closing time of submission of bid.

Bidding documents are immediately available after date of publication. Government College
University, Lahore will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by Bidders in
connection with the preparation or online submission of Bids. In case of official holiday on the day
of submission, next day will be treated as closing date. The bidding document carrying all details
can also be downloaded from the website of PPRA and EPADS.
All prospective bidders shall be required to quote rate of Each Every item in the Package/Lot. Any
item mentioned without quoting rate shall make the bid nonresponsive. The lowest evaluated
bidder shall be determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the entire Lot Package.

response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on
the website of the PPRA.
