Ghandhara Employees Cooperative Housing Society Ltd, Karachi
(GECHS) invites Tender under SPPRA rules, 2010 (Amended-2021) from
reputable contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering counsel for
the following works:
⚫ Sewerage Discharge Wells.
Rain Water Discharge Wells.
⚫ Security Check Posts.
Minimum C-6 category of registration with PEC required. Interested firms
may collect TOR (Terms of Reference) from office (during office hours)
within 07 working days (26-02-2026) of publication of this advertisement,
upon submission of written request on company’s letterhead & Payment of
PKR 1000/-(Non-refundable). Tender documents may be submitted
accordingly of given TOR within 15 working days (10-03-2026) of
publication of this advertisement.
Society reserves the rights to call off/cancel this tender without assigning
any reason.
