Tender Details

TENDER NOTICE
1. Sealed Tenders for Financial Year 2026/2027 on prescribed Forms which can be
obtained from Address given below for Hired Mechanical Transport (HMT), are invited
by Headquarters Multan Logistics Area from reputable Suppliers / Contractors. Any
information may be obtained upto 08 March 2026 from address given below.
2. Tenders will be collected on 09 Mach 2026 at 1000 hours and will be opened on
same day at 1030 hours in the presence of all Contractors/Agents on given date & time:
3. Headquarters Multan Logistics Area reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders or
cancel the bidding process, grounds for rejection can be provided on written request.
4. Earnest money 2% of the contract value with maximum limit Rs. 1.000 Million
(refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of “COMMANDER MULTAN
LOGISTCS AREA” must be attach with Tender (No Cheque/Cash will be accepted).
5. Due to any official reasons if tender is not opened on due date, it will be opened on
11 March 2026.
