registration with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm, and are not black listed in any procuring agency
or authority for preparation of Hiring of “Consultancy Services from Consulting Firms Titled as

Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014, Eligibility of
Bidders: 3 Assignments of Similar Nature and Complexity Turnover of at least 16,000,000 PKR Amount
in 3 Subsequent Previous Years Presence in Active Tax Payer List BRA Registration Certificate The
bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan PEC/PCAD
Registration Procedure of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure Bid Security:
The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of 2% specified above in the name of the under-signed
from a scheduled bank. The FINANCIAL PROPOSALS shall be opened of those consultants whose
technical proposal is considered and approved. The Selection of Consultants shall be made as per
Evaluation Criteria method as mentioned in the “Date Sheet of this “Request for Proposal” document.
The incomplete request for proposal or received after due date mentioned above will not be considered.
