TENDER NOTICE
Tender No. 01/2026
FATA University invites bids from eligible Firms/bidders for the work
“Procurement of IT equipment under PSDP funded project, “Establishment
of the FATA University, FR Kohat” in accordance with KPPRA Procurement
Rules 2014, on Single Stage Single Envelop Procedure having the following
necessary Terms and Conditions:
1. Registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA),
established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act, 2013 (Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act, No.XXI of 2013).
2. Registered with Tax Department who are in Active Taxpayer list of the FBR
for supply of IT equipment.
3. Tender Documents can be downloaded from University Official website:
www.fu.edu.pk or KPPRA website. In case of bidding documents
downloaded from website (s), the tender processing fee of Rs.3000/- in
shape of CDR/Bank Draft only, in favor of “VC FATA University” must be
attached with the bids. Bid(s) without tender processing fee will not be
entertained.
4. Bid security 2% of the estimated cost shall be placed in bid.
5. The sealed envelope containing technical and financial bids must be
submitted to the office of the Treasurer before 11:00 AM on February 17,
2026 by registered courier services (No bid will be received by hand).
Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence
of the Firm/Suppliers/ bidders or representatives at the Committee Room
of FATA University, FR Kohat.
6. The Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any/all bids or proposals at
any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per KPPRA rules.
7. All prevailing KPPRA rules/act and other Govt. Notifications issued from
time to time shall be applicable.
