MTI Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from
eligible firms/ contractor in accordance with KPPRA Procurement rules 2014 on single stage two envelope
procedures under rules 2014 14 2 (b) through EPADS for the following works as per Approved
Specifications. The bidders shall be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant
category & field of specialization.

Technical & Financial bids shall be uploaded to the EPADS & both shall be addressed to Project
Director MTI-KTH Peshawar.
Contractors, whose tenders are accepted, will be liable to pay all government applicable taxes.
4. The bidders who quote their bids more than 10% below engineer estimate must submit along
with their bids additional bid security as per KPPRA Notification No S.R.O. (14) Vol:1-24/2021-

All bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority.
Time of completion of the project shall be considered as per the work order issued.
Tender Fee (non-refundable) @ of PKR.2,000/- in Favor of KTH FUND ACCOUNT, (BOK)
PK15KHYB0121003003116602 must be submitted.
The bid shall be considered non-responsive if the Original CDR and Tender fee (hard form) is not
submitted to the Diary & Dispatch Section of MTI-KTH, Peshawar on or before the submission on
EPADS.
The tender shall be submitted and processed through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System
(E-PADS); hard copy of bid shall not be submitted.
10. The competent authority has the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA procurement rules
2014.
