Notice Inviting Tender (EPADS)
Sealed tender based on MRS-2020. Non MRS- items as per approved PC-1 for the below mentioned works
are hereby invited on the bases of Single Stage Single Envelop Procedure through EPAD System form the
Contractors registered with PEC, LCB & KPRA for the current Financial year.
Note: Last date and time of submission of the Bid as 16-03-2026 at 11:00 AM, which will be opened on the
same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of Contractor or their authorized representatives.

1. Tender form/BOQ/BSDS can be downloaded from the official EPADS website i.e. (eprocure.gov.pk)
after publishing NIT in newspaper and KPPRA Website. The BD will be filled neatly and a clear scan copy
of the same will be uploaded at the time of apply (bid submission) through EPADS.
2. Any tender or offer of works made by any enlisted contractor without filling Bids online shall be null and
void henceforth.
3. The Bid Security and Additional Security shall be submitted as per KPPRA Notification
No.S.R.O(14)/vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022.
4. As per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.0 (29)/Vol: 1-40/2025-26/699-711 dated 29/10/2025, bidders are
required to enter detail of bid security and additional security in EPADS and the same shall be submitted
to the procuring entity well before closing time and date and the same will be retained by the procuring
entity until the award of contract or bid validity whichever come first. Failure to do so action will be
carried out as per the mentioned notification.
5. Bid documents, including original bid securities of estimated cost and detailed rate analysis (if
applicable), must be submitted in a sealed envelope via courier to the TMO Office, TMA Bahrain at
Panjigram Bahrain, before the bid closing time. The envelope must include the signed Tender Form,
BOQ, BSDS, CNIC copy, valid Local Council Board renewal (2025-26), NTN/Income Tax Certificate, PEC
License, and KPRA registration
6. Cutting/overwriting/manipulation in the bid solicitation documents will not be acceptable. Any
mismatching among the scanned copies submitted through EPADS and that submitted in hard will leads
into his disqualification and the same contractor will be considered as non-responsive.
7. The securities shall be in shape of call deposit in favor of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Bahrain.
8. Other terms & conditions will be as per KPPRA Rules and SBDs.
