RATE RUNNING CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF DENTAL
CONSUMABLE ITEMS FOR DENTAL HOSPITAL AT
BAHRIA UNIVERSITY HEALTH SCIENCES CAMPUS KARACHI
1. Sealed bids are Invited on E-PADS only for the Procurement of Phantom
Head for Dental College at Bahria University Health Sciences Campus,
Karachi from GST Registered firms/ Suppliers as Under

2. Details of Specifications and scope of work are given in the tender
documents, which can be Download From E-PADS or can be purchased
on submission of a written Application on firm’s letter head (with
mentioned No of Tender Documents) upon payment of Rs. 1,200/= Cash.
Non Refundable, from the Procurement Office, Room No. G9, Ground
Floor, Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi, Adjacent PNS
Shifa Hospital DHA Phase II, Karachi between 0900 to 1530 hours
except Saturdays, Sunday and Public Holidays.
3. Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding procedure shall applying as per
PPRA Rules 2004, Sealed bids accordance with instructions given in the
Tender documents must reach on or before 16-Feb-2026 by 1100 hours
at Procurement Office, Room No. 09, Bahria University Health Sciences
Campus Karachi Hard Copy uploaded document and bid security (in
original) be deposited in Procurement Office before 16-Feb-2026.
Technical bids will opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the
presence of the bidders/ their authorized representatives, who are choose
to be submitted in shape of pay order in favor of Bahria University
Medical and Dental College”. NTN No 2132767-0 and STRN No.
0701999979937.
4. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices inclusive of
all applicable taxes (mentioned separately), transportation and installation
etc. Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi may reject all
bids proposals at any time prior to the acceptance by invoke Rule 33 of
PPRA 2004, but is not required to justify those grounds.

from Monday to Friday between 0930 to 1600 hours, except holidays.
