CORRIGENDUM
Subject: NITs no: 70, 71, 72,73 and 75.
It has been observed during scrutiny of bids that several
bidders have uploaded Joint Venture (JV) work orders which
are partially completed and not 100% complete, and in many
cases no supporting documentary proof, such as agreements
or authenticated JV documents, has been provided. Due to
this deficiency, the exact share and scope of each JV partner
cannot be ascertained.
Furthermore, it has also been observed that some
bidders have uploaded work orders and completion
certificates pertaining to projects as per requirements.
The Letters issued for verification and confirmation at the
mentioned addresses of the issuing authorities have, in the
majority of cases, remained unanswered, making verification
impossible. This situation hampers transparency, violates
the principles of justice and merit, and causes unnecessary
delays in public interest development works.
In view of the above, and in the larger interest of public
and work, it is hereby informed for all interested bidders
participating in the subject NIT(s) that:
1. Only 100% completed work orders with valid
completion certificates shall be accepted.

Work orders and completion certificates pertaining
to projects outside must be uploaded along with
a valid Identification (I.D.) Number for verification
purposes.
In case submission of J.V work orders, bidders
must upload clear, complete, and authenticated
JV documents, explicitly indicating the percentage
share and responsibilities of each JV partner. All
said documents should must be attested by bidder
with Stamp.
Incomplete,
ambiguous,
unverifiable,
or
unsupported documents shall not be entertained.
Failure to comply with the above conditions shall render
the bid/tender non-responsive, and the concerned bidder shall
be declared disqualified without any further consideration.
This corrigendum shall form an integral part of the
bidding documents.
