NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites applications through EPADS from the
Contracting Firms for invitation of bids, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in
relevant codes and categories mentioned below valid upto 30.06.2026 for the following
projects:-

The bidding documents can be downloaded & uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk
and tender notice is also available on PSB’s website www.sports.gov.pk as well as
PPRA website. The applications should be submitted through EPADS alongwith
complete information including technical and financial proposals in accordance with the
instructions to the bidders. Manual submissions of bids shall not be entertained:
S# Term and Condition
i) The firm should meet the evaluation criteria as mentioned in the bidding
documents.
ii)
The details / proof of National NTN / and firm on ATL.
iii) Income Tax return of last three (03) years must be provided.
iv) Audit Report of last three (03) years duly audited by a firm of Chartered Accountants
must be provided.
v)
Affidavit on judicial stamp paper duly notarized to the affect the firm has not been
blacklisted by any government / autonomous body.
vi) The bid security / earnest money shall be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee,
Bank Draft / Pay Order/ CDR from the account of firm in favour of Pakistan Sports
Board, Islamabad.
vii) One copy of only technical proposal (not financial proposal) in hard form as
uploaded on EPADS shall be submitted. In case of differences, the documents/
information as envisaged in the downloaded proposals shall prevail.
viii) The scan copy of the bid security shall be uploaded with the Technical Proposal
and original must be submitted to undersigned before closing date and time
otherwise the bid will consider nonresponsive.
ix) The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under
Rule-33 of the PPRA Rule, 2004.
