Tender Notice – Construction of Gym at Sector E-10 – Islamabad

TENDER NOTICE
1. The applications for Pre-Qualification & Bidding from the firms /contractors enlisted
with MES are invited by the DW&CE (DCI). Firms not enlisted with MES, will attach 2%
earnest money of the contract cost in shape of CDR / Defence Saving Certificates duly
pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. The bidding documents will be issued to
qualified contractors only. Applications will be received from 09 Feb 2026 onward till 23 Feb
2026 for “Construction of Gym at Sector E-10 Islamabad.
2. The sealed bids will be received in the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad uptill 1230 hrs
dated 24 Feb 2026 and will be opened on the same date at 13:00 hrs in the presence of
authorized reps of firms. All bids received shall be opened and avaluated in the manner
prescribed in the bidding document. The advertisement is also available on PPRA
website at www.ppra.org.pk. Further details are as under:-
