E-TENDER NOTICE
Tenders are invited from the Engineering Firms/Contractors on the item rates basis as per PPRA E-
Procurement system, in line with relevant PPRA rules (Amended updated). All Firms / Contractors can participate in
tendering process with following terms and conditions.
Sr.
1. The Firms /Contractors eligible to participate who are registered in Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant
Category and having relevant building Codes, valid PRA and NTN certificate and whose social security
contribution is being deposited regularly for the last 06-months and having social security deduction document.
2. The Firms /Contractors have to register on E-Tendering/ PPRA E-PADS website https:.eprocure.gov.pk/ Any
information/procedure regarding registration can be seen/obtained from PPRA website/E-Procurement
3. The tendering procedure will be adopted as single stage two envelope procedures under PPRA rule
4. All interested Contractor/Firms have to upload the scanned copy of bid security in the shape of Bank Guarantee
@3% of the estimated cost having validity upto time limit of project from any scheduled bank and original Bank
Guarantee must be submitted to undersigned office before opening of tenders.
5. The Contractors must quote the online rates against the items of work on the PPRA E-PADS website before
opening of the tenders. The online quoted rates by the Contractor will be downloaded from website and will be
announced on same date before the Committee and participated bidders.
In case of false misinformation, Fake Bank Guarantee, The Contractor will be liable to disqualify as per PPRA
rules and will not be eligible to participate in up-coming tender. Further, his case will be forwarded to PEC and
PPRA for initiation of strict legal action
7. The URL of the website of PPRA is (https:eprocure.gov.pk/View Tender.aspx) and response time shall be
calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of PPRA
8. The Procuring Agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposals under
PPRA rule-35.
9. If, public holiday declared on tender opening date, then working day will be considered as tender opening date
on same time.
