“RESOLVING TRAFFIC CONGESTION AT KASHMIR
CHOWK AND SURROUNDINGS ISLAMABAD.”
1. CDA invites electronic proposals from Engineering Consultancy firms
registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) / PCATP for year
2025-26, in Project Profile Codes 1215 (i,iii), 1231, Service Codes
0518, 0531, 0532, 0536,0537, 0538, 0540, 0541, 0542, 0543, 0544 &
0546 and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the
services “Resolving Traffic Congestion at Kashmir Chowk and
Surroundings Islamabad.”
2. Electronic RFP documents containing detailed requirements, terms and
conditions is available for the registered consultants on EPADS at
(www.eprocurment.gov.pk) and www.ppra.gov.pk.
3. The electronic RFP documents prepared in accordance with the
instructions in the RFP documents, must be submitted through EPADS on
or before February 12, 2026 by 11:00 AM. Manual proposals shall not be
accepted. The electronic RFP will be opened on the same day through
EPADS on February 12, 2026 at 11:30 AM.
4. Notification of the GRC constituted in term of Rule-48 of Public
Procurement Rules-2004, is provided on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk
and www.ppra.gov.pk.
