APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS FOR PRCL 2026 ONWARDS
1. This Invitation to Bids follows the Procurement Advertisement for the subject purpose, uploaded
on E-PADS (E-Procurement Acquisition and Disposal System) dated February 4th, 2026.
2. Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), Karachi now invites electronic bids from
eligible bidders to provide external audit services for PRCL, Karachi.
3. The bidding shall be conducted in line with the single stage two envelope {36(b)} procedure of
the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and any Regulations, Regulatory Guides, Procurement
Guidelines or Instructions issued by the Authority (from time to time), and is open to all potential
bidders.
4. Interested bidders may obtain the electronic bidding documents which contain the full terms,
conditions, specifications and requirements via the E-PADS at https://www.eprocure.gov.pk/.
Registration on the portal is required to download the documents.
5. Bids, accompanied by a bid security of PKR 100,000/- or bid securing declaration, must be
submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal no later than 23rd February 2026 at 11:00
AM (Pakistan Standard Time). The technical bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
6. The PRCL reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids within the purview of Public
Procurement Rules 2004.
