FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2026-27
Mayo Hospital, Lahore invites e-bids from bidders ie manufacture / sole agent of foreign principle who
are registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on “E-Pak Acquisition and disputes system (E-PADS)” for
procurement of services for the financial years 2026-27.

a) The prospective bidders are hereby notified to attend the meeting with bidding document committee on
28-02-2026 at 10:30 am, in the Conference Room (Surgical Tower), Mayo Hospital, Lahore. You are asked to bring
any observations (if any) in-writing to be raised related to bidding documents in the meeting on your company letter head
duly signed by the bidder/authorized person.
b). The minutes of pre-bid meeting will be uploaded on 02-03-2026 on EPADS as well as Mayo Hospital website
and shall be the part of bidding document.
E-Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule-38 2(a) of
PPRA, Rules, 2014 (amended till date). Hard copies of bids are not required.
The URL of the website of the PPRA is (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx) and response time shall
be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the PPRA
Interested eligible bidders can obtain the bidding documents along with detailed specification and terms &
conditions from portal of E-PADS (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra punjab.gov.pk)
and Mayo Hospital website (www.mayohospital.gop.pk).
Eligible bidders will submit their bids on E-PADS (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) before the tender opening
date. The E-Bids will be opened in the presence of eligible bidder on their authorized representatives in the
presence of Tender & Purchase Committee in the Conference Room of Surgical Tower.
The Bidders are required to submit the original 2% Bid Security i.e. (Rs.170,000/- of estimated cost
mentioned in bidding documentin shape of CDR / Pay Order/Bank Draft on the date of tender opening as
specified above, failing which of offer will be rejected.
The procuring agency shall not be responsible for any failure of part of firms to submit an e-bid for account of
any technical error or internet failure.
In case the date of opening is declared as a public holiday by the government or non-working day due to any
reason the next official working day shall be deemed to be the date of submission and opening of applications
accordingly. The time and venue shall remain the same.
