ADDENDUM
With reference to the Subject notice published in a section of
press on 25 January 2026, the proposal submission deadline
has been extended. Proposals must be submitted through
e-PADS and reach at the following address on or before 1500
hrs. (PST) on 03 March 2026. Technical proposals will be
opened on the same day at 1530 hrs. (PST). All other terms and
conditions of the RFP document will remain unchanged.
