Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed firms/suppliers who are registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax
Departments, for the supply of following items to be delivered at Government College University, Faisalabad.

Tender Documents can be downloaded from the websites of PPRA and GCUF. The tender must be submitted as
per above scheduled on PPRA website “https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/view Tender.aspx” before closing time
after which no tender will be accepted. The tender shall be opened on same day as per PPRA website schedule
in the presence of the Vendors/ Firms or their representatives who wish to attend.
The complete bids in conformity with Tender Documents should be uploaded on e-PADS through PPRA website
as per above scheduled time.
1. The procurement shall be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014,
on Single Stage-Two Envelope (Technical and Financial) Bidding Procedure.
2. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security (Refundable) at the rate of 5% of estimated Price in form
of CDR/Bank Draft/ Bank Guarantee) in favor of “Treasurer GCUF”. The Bid Security (in original) must
be received before the closing time and date. Incomplete bids / non responsive bids, not signed and not
stamped, without bid security, and any other technical reasons, submitted by other than specified mode
will not be considered/entertained.
3. Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Certificate, CNIC and other documents as mentioned in the
Tender Documents must accompany the bids. Taxes will be deducted as per Government of Pakistan and
Government of Punjab rules.
4. The firm should not be black listed from this organization.
5. The URL of the website of the PPRA is (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/view Tender.aspx) and response
time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website
of the PPRA.
6. The University may reject all bids/proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of any bid or proposal as
per PPRA Punjab rule 35. However, the grounds for rejection will be communicated on bidder request
to the concerned but no justification will be given as per PPRA rule 35 (2).
