The bidding process will be conducted under the Single
Stage Two Envelope bidding in accordance with KPPRA
Rules 2014.
Bidding documents can be obtained through the EPAD
System, KPPRA website and the official website of KP
HCC (www.hcc.kp.gov.pk).
The KP HCC may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior
to the acceptance of a bid or proposal under section 47 of
KPPRA Rules.
Bids must be submitted via the EPAD System by March 18,
2026, at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at
11:30AM.
