Each bid/offer for purchase must be provided with a pay order in favour of Bank Makramah
Limited as bid money equivalent to 1% of the offer price.
Bank Makramah Limited shall refund/return the pay order to the unsuccessful bidders within 10
working days without any interest/profit/compensation thereon.
Bank Makramah Limited reserves the right to accept/reject any offer without assigning any reason.
The successful bidders shall submit 10% of bid money as advance at the time of Sales Agreement
and the remaining amount is to be paid within 60 days of the date of Agreement.
The payment shall be received through a pay order.
Last date for the submission of sealed bids is March 13, 2026, during office hours.
The bid should be submitted to Bank Makramah Limited, Head Office, Plot # G-2, Block # 2,
Scheme #5, Clifton, Karachi.
