Pakistan Software Export Board (Guarantee) Limited invites sealed proposals from reputed
firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for Pre-Qualification For
Selection Of Pre-Qualified Training Providers For IT Industry Development Initiatives under the
project “Revamping IT Industry Landscape.” The detailed Pre-Qualification criteria and
documents are available on EPADS-PPRA https://eprocure.gov.pk and on the PSEB Official
Website https://tinyurl.com/2p917518.
Interested firms are required to submit their proposals electronically through EPADS only. Manual
submissions shall not be entertained. For registration and training on EPADS or in case of any
technical difficulty in using EPADS, prospective bidders may contact PPRA Team, Director MIS
Room No.109, 1 Floor, FBC building Sector G-52, Islamabad. Contact Number

The proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Pre-Qualification Documents,
must be submitted through EPADS latest by 07 April 2026, at 03:00 PM. Proposals will be
opened on the same date at 03:30 PM
Note: Only proposals submitted through EPADS https://eprocure.gov.pk shall be entertained.
Late submissions will not be entertained.
