FOR
PROCUREMENT OF 30 MICROSOFT 365 BUSINESS PREMIUM LICENSES
Jinnah Medical Construction Company, (formerly Jinnah Medical Complex &
Research Center) is a company formed under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017
(the “JMC) and is wholly owned by the Federal Government of Pakistan. The primary
mandate of the Company is to plan and construct a government-funded hospital,
medical schools, and a research center, in line with national healthcare and research
priorities
JMC invites experienced IT vendors for the Procurement of 30 Microsoft 365 Business
Premium Licenses as per the TOR of the bidding documents.
For this Tender, Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Public
Procurement Rules 2004 shall be followed.
Bidding Documents: Interested and eligible bidders may download the detailed
bidding documents, including TORS, terms and conditions, specifications, and
requirements, from the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk)
Bid Submission Deadline: All bids must be submitted electronically through the
EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) no later than 11:00 AM on 09 February, 2026.
Bid Opening: Technical bids will be opened electronically on the same day at
11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose
to attend.
