Maintenance of Air Conditioners
TENDER NOTICE # RHO NADRA/SGD/04/2026
PAKISTAN
1. The NADRA RHO Sargodha intends to engage Suppliers/Contractors for
repair & maintenance of Air Conditioners. Sealed Applications / Documents
are invited from well-established/ reputed and experienced Suppliers/
Contractors registered with Sales Tax / Income Tax/PRA department for pre-
qualification of firms for Repair & Maintenance of Air Conditioners.
2. Prequalification Documents, containing application and detailed terms &
conditions can be obtained from NADRA RHO, Sargodha 6-Gulshan Avenue
Link PAF Road during working Hours (in working days only) from the date of
publication to 26 March 2026 (before applications closing time) by
submitting Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs.1,000 (Non-Refundable) in the
Name of RHQ NADRA Sargodha or can be downloaded free of cost from
PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.
3. The applications, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in
the prequalification documents, must reached at 6-Gulshan Avenue Link PAF
Road, NADRA RHO, Sargodha on or before 26 March 2026 at 1100 Hours.
Proposals will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours by concerned
procurement board.
