E-TENDER NOTICE
1. Tenders are hereby invited on Item Wise Rate for the following works from the firms /
contractors must Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) having relevant
category those who possess lower category PEC registration may not submit any bid, be
aware that such bids will not be considered / opened and also registered on E-PAD as per
Government of Punjab Directions, for the financial year 2025-26.
2. The bidders / contractors/ firms will submit Technical & Financial bid upto 28-03-26
at 11:00 AM and Technical bids will be opened on same day 28-03-26 at 11:30 AM
in the office of the Municipal Officer (Inf) Municipal Corporation Gujrat in presence of the
Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representative, who may care to be
present at the opening date and time. Any Bidders / Contractors / Firms uploaded same CDR
for more than single scheme will be considered false entry & bid can be reject.
3. The interested bidders / contractors/ firms can obtain the Bidding Documents through E-
PAD also PPRA Web Site and should upload their Technical & Financial bid through E-PAD.
Manual bid is not acceptable at any cost.
4. The bidders / contractors / firms are also bound to submit original CDR and attested copy of
supporting documents of Technical bid with sealed envelope in the office of the Municipal
Officer (Inf) Municipal Corporation Gujrat till 11:00 AM on the same day, otherwise, the
Firm/Contractor will be disqualified in the presence of Tender Opening Committee.
5. There must be no cutting / amendment in bid quoted by the contractors through electronic
system. No telephonic / conditional Tender and without earnest money will be entertained.
6. Furthermore, information / detail scope of work and other conditions can be available in the
office of Municipal Officer (Inf) Municipal Corporation Gujrat on any working day during the
office hours.
7. The firms/contractor shell be responsible for payment off all applicable taxes at the time of
release of payment as admissible under the rules prescribed by the Government of Punjab.
8. Current PPRA Rules will be strictly applicable. In case of any violation the contractor bid will
be rejected according to the Rules.
Successful bidder shall be required to deposit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount
for any kind of maintenance for 2 years after completion of work.
