Tender Details
PUBLIC AUCTION
It is publicized for information to general public that auction
of unserviceable Vehicles, Vehicle parts, unserviceable
stores for example Iron, Aluminum, Electro Medical, Brass,
Signal, Cotton, Canvas, Plastic, Clothing, Webbing. Woolen,
Tyres, Rubber, Batteries, IT Eqpt, Leather and Wooden
Scrap etc (as is where is), will be held on 30-31 Mar 2026
(Monday and Tuesday) at 08:30 Hours under
arrangements of Ordnance Depot, Gujranwala Cantonment.
Terms of auction are as under-
a. Bring original CNIC and 1x photocopy at the time of entry.
b. Weapons, Cell phones. Match box are strictly prohibited.
c. Successful Bidders will registered/ verified auctioned
vehicles within 6 x months time given to purchase on auction
voucher (from the date of e auction) later on all cases
beyond 6 x months will be referred to General Headquarters,
Ordnance Directorate for approval.
d. It is mandatory for the successful bidders to pay 25% of
total amount spot and balance 75% amoont will be deposited
within 7 working days of the date of auction.
e. Auctioned lots will be lifted/ removed within 15 days by the
successful bidders.
f. Demilitarization of all lots of stores will be done by the
bidder at his own expenses in the presence of board of
Officers of Ordnance Depot Gujranwala Cantonment.
g. Entry Yee Rs. 1500/- (In Cash) will be received from each
person on spot.
