NOTICE OF TENDER
1. The office of Additional Chief Engineer (Army) Corps Lahore Cantt invites sealed tenders
for the following works in the light of PPRA Rules 13 (1) of 2014:-

Provn of Separate Elec Sup for Army Cardiac Hospital at Lhr
2. The contractors are required to submit their application for issuance of tender documents
along with their complete credential as shown at ser 07. The application shall be scrutinized
and the tender documents will only be issued to the firms who have sufficient experience in
the relevant field and satisfy other conditions required for the job area. Tendar will be issued
to the scrutinized contractors. Applications should reach the above mentioned office before
25 Mar 2026. The Tender will be issued to the scrutinized contractors on 26 Mar 2026. The
tender must be received in the office of accepting officer by 1130 hrs on 06 Apr 2026 and
will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same date.
Note: Contractors shall provide certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation
with Government Department in the Court of Law and that no special report of Directorate of
Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
3. All contractors will certify in writing that they are registered with Engineering Council (PEC)
and will submit a copy their registration. Contractors not with PEC are ineligible to apply.

4. Contractors borne on approved list of MES in Category C and above and also having
experience of this type should only apply.
5. Contractors who desire may be present at the time of opening of tender.
6. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject the tender e tenders will be
deal with a para 33 (i) PPRA rules.
7. Contractors will furnish their application, proof of their being on approved list of MES/
Housing Directorate/ FWO C&W Deptt/ renowned civil firen, financial statement, skilled
personnel & equipment / plant of similar Works executed / in hand for the last three years
costing over 5 Million on the proformae appended below:-
