FOR PROCUREMENT OF TOYOTA FORTUNER ON RENT FOR THE OFFICE OF MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES,
COMMERCE AND INVESTMENT GOVT. OF THE PUNJAB

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management
Company (PIEDMC) was established by Govt. of the Punjab, to
facilitate the industrial growth of Punjab.
OPIEDMC invites sealed bids from Transport Companies, registered
with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax having their name in the active
Tax Payers list. A Toyota Fortuner model 2022 & above is required for
the office of Minister of Industry, Commerce & Investment, Govt. of the
Punjab. Initially the contract will be for one (01) year and extendable for
further a period of another one (01) year on the same rate and TORS,
upon satisfactory performance by the service provider. Further details
are given in the Bidding Documents.
OBidding Documents are available on PPRA website:
www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, PIEDMC website www.pie.com.pk and
EPADS Portal i.e. http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk free of cost.
OFor bids submission on E-procurement, Bidders are requested to
register at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
OBidding will be conducted under the provision of PPRA Rules -2014
(amended upto date) on single stage one envelope basis
The Bidding documents, completed, signed, stamped must be
submitted online E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS)
Portal i.e. http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk till 25th March, 2026 by or
before 11:00 AM and bids shall be opened at same date on 11:30
AM, as per the PPRA Rules, 2014.
Bid must contain Bid Security in shape of Bank Guarantee / CDR/
Bank Draft/Pay Order amounting to Rs. 54,000/- in favor of “PIEDMC”
(which is 1% of the estimated cost), without which the offer shall be
rejected being non-responsive. The bid security must be attached in
PDF format and submitted in original in Chief Engineer (P&C) office by
post before bid submission date and time.
OBids that are incomplete, without bid security (in original), not signed
and stamped, late, or submitted by other than specified mode will not be
considered.
The URL of the website of the PPRA is (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk)
and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of
publication of the advertisement on the website of the PPRA
In case, the firm is found Black-listed by PIEDMC and PPRA or provide
false / misleading information, it’s Bid will be cancelled and will be
recommended for punitive action.
Note: PIEDMC management may reject all bids or proposals at any time
prior to the acceptance of bids or proposals, as provided under Rule-35
of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended from time to time)
