PRAL Procurement of Managed Services and
Licensing for WSO2 API Integration Platform
Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (acronym – PRAL). invites electronic bids from eligible
firms, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the procurement of managed services and
licensing for WSO2 Integration Platform.
2. Electronic Tender Documents containing detailed requirements including bid evaluation criteria and
terms & conditions are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at eprocure.gov.pk &
www.ppra.org.pk
3. The electronic bid, prepared in accordance with the instructions of the Tender documents, must be
submitted through EPADS on or before (23 February 2026 at 11:00 AM). Manual bids shall not be
accepted. The electronics bids will be opened on the same day by using EPADS (23″ February 2026 at
11:30 AM) on eprocure.gov.pk
4. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is provided
on procuring agency’s website pral.com.pk, on EPADS at eprocure.gov.pk.
