TENDER NOTICE
The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. was established in 1924, and got the scheduled
status with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) in 1955. The Bank has an extensive network of 151
branches at Tehsil and Sub-Tehsil level.
The Bank intends to make purchase of following:

“PPCBL Networks Hardware and Software Requirements”
Sealed bids are invited from well reputed authorized companies
organizations/dealers/suppliers/distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax
Departments having relevant experience for said tender.
The bids should include client list and an affidavit that the Firm has not been blacklisted or
involved in litigation. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of undersigned on
payment of (Rs.1,000/-) (Non-Refundable), in the shape of pay order in favor of The Punjab
Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd or may be downloaded from Bank website i.e.
https://www.ppcbl.com.pk/Tenders.html free of cost “single stage two envelop Procedure”
shall be adopted. The bidders are required to submit earnest money equivalent to 2% of total
bid cost. Tender documents can be obtained from the date of advertisement and Bid can be
submitted till 12th March 2026 by 11:30 A.M. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day
at 12:00 P.M in front of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
Technically short-listed companies will be informed the date of opening of financial bids. Any
bid did not accompany by earnest money will be rejected without any right of appeal.
The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd., reserves the right to accept or reject all Tender or
accept the whole or part of tender or increase or decrease the quantity of hardware/software. The
