The bidders should submit their bid as per KPPRA notification No. S.R.O (14)/Vol.1-24/2021-22 dated 10/05/2022.

The original tender form along with original bid securities, KPPRA enlistment, C&W enlistment, PEC registration & detailed rate
analysis (if applicable) complete in all respect must be submitted on EPADS.

Bidding Documents, Instruction to Bidders & Evaluation Criteria can be downloaded from the website of tender (EPADS).

Technical & Financial Proposal must be uploaded on EPADS, while bid securities (in original) should be submitted in hard form to
the office of Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Kohat through courier before closing time. An affidavit is mandatory in the
technical bid that the bid security and additional security (if required) is placed in the financial bid.
All bidders are required to be registered with KPRA under Finance Act, 2013 Act No. XXI of 2013 and must be active tax payers.
Any bidder who provides incorrect information/document shall stand disqualified & his CDR will be forfeited.

8. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids by assigning cogent reasons.

No pay order and Bank Draft will be acceptable except call deposit of scheduled Bank otherwise the bid will be declared as non-
responsive.
Submission of forged or fake documents or concealment of facts shall lead to disqualification at any stage and forfeiture of bid
security.
The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids by assigning cogent reasons as per KPPRA Rule 47(1).
The contractors/firms currently working under the jurisdiction of C&W Highway Division Kohat who have not completed their
ongoing works within the stipulated time period, despite issuance of notices by this office, shall be considered as having failed to
perform satisfactorily. Such contractor(s)/firm(s) will be declared ineligible and shall be disqualified during the technical evaluation
stage of this tender.
Any contractor/firm currently involved in litigation, arbitration, or blacklisted/debarred by any Government Department, PEC, or
KPPRA shall be ineligible to participate in this bidding process.
The contractor/firm is advised to visit the site before submission of bids to acquaint themselves with site conditions, access routes,
and logistics. No claim whatsoever regarding lack of knowledge of site conditions shall be entertained later.
All other terms will be as per KPPRA rules, PEC guidelines, SBDs & other relevant laws.
