For each package, separate bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-two
Envelope) procedures specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended up to date), and is open to all
eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document.
2. Interested eligible E-PAD registered bidders may download bidding documents from E Pak Acquisition and Disposal
System or Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and further information from
below office during working hours, on submission of written application, until the closing date for the submission of
bids.
3. Sealed Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS on or before 10:30 am. dated 24-03-2026 and a Bid Security in the form of
CDR Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan must be delivered to the office of Procuring agency before
the closing date and time.
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 11:30 am on the same date (i.c.
24-03-2026) in the Office of The Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Mandi Bahauddin.
5. In case the date of opening or last date of sale is declared as a public holiday by the government or non-working day
due to any reason, the next official working day shall be deemed to be the date of submission and opening of tenders
accordingly. The time and venue shall remain the same.
6. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices both exclusive & inclusive of all taxes, duties and levies as
no negotiations are expected.
7. The URL of the website of PPRA is (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/Viewtender.aspx) and response time shall be calculated
exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of PPRA/EPADS.
8. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules and applicable Tax registration certificate must be provided.
