PUBLICATION AUCTION NO. 01/2025-26,
A Public Sector Organization announces auction for its Unserviceable Medical/Lab Equipments on the
basis of ‘as is where is. Interested Parties/Firms are required to submit their interest on following
conditions:
Terms and Conditions:-
1) The tender documents and the detailed specifications of the tender may be downloaded from the
PPRA website and submitted with the admissible tender fee and the tender document also be
obtained from the office of the Accounts Department, KIRAN, Karachi during the working hours
from 9:00 am to 12:00 p.m. by applying on letter head and payment of tender cost mentioned
against each (Non-refundable) in the shape of Bank draft/Pay Order in the name of KIRAN,
Karachi Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. No tender document will be sold on the opening
date of the tender.
2) Inspection of unserviceable store items can be made from 10-02-2026 to 14-02-2026 from
09:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Monday to Thursday & Saturday) & 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Friday).
3) Auction will be held on 16-02-2026 at 11:00 AM at address mentioned below.
4) Bids will be collected on due date on 16-02-2026 upto 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same
day at 11:00 AM in presence of all the bidders No tender will be accepted after 10:00 AM.
5) The highest bidder will have to submit the 25% of the total amount of bid as security money in the
shape of pay-order in the name of “KIRAN-Karachi.
6) Balance of remaining amount will be paid within 15 days of acceptance of offer failing which the
security money shall stand forfeited.
7) Delivery & Dismantling of items will be borne by the bidders at their own cost.
8) The successful bidder(s) has to submit the photocopy of CNIC for their identification and copy of
NTN filer.
9) Successful bidder(s) will be responsible for payment of all Government taxes, levies and other
charges.
10) The acceptance/rejection of the Auction bids will be made according to PPRA Rules.
