drugs/medicines/surgical Disposables for contract of Local Purchase of medicines and
Surgical Disposables on E-Pads (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) having NTN & STRN
valid for the year 2025-26

1.Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Single
Envelope) procedures specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended
till date), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document. 2.
Interested eligible bidders may download bidding documents free of cost from
https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk https://eprocure.gov.pk/ https://thqjampur.punjab.gov.pk/ and
further information from the office of Medical Superintendent THQ hospital, Jampur.
Bidding documents are available till until the closing date. 3. Bids must be
submitted/uploading via e-pad on or before due time mention above on 28th February
2026 till 9:30am and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CDR, Pay
Order from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.4. E-Bids will be opened in the presence of
bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on the date 28-2-2026 and time 10:00am
in the Office of The Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Jampur. 5. The bidders are
requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected. 7. Taxes
will be deducted as per applicable government rules and NTN registration certificate
must be provided. If tender is not open on due date due to public holiday or any other
problem on e-pad same will be open on next working day. For obtaining any further
