The bids completed in all respects, containing technical and commercial offers must be submitted online through
POF E-Bidding Portal (www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk) as well as separately sealed in hard form must reach in Bid Center
adjacent to Rabta Hall on or before date mentioned in above table. Offers envelopes should be received half hour
before opening of tender on the same date.
