Open auction of salvaged goods, air conditions, batteries, computer equipment printer, etc will be
held on 25-02-2026 at 11.35 am on as is where is basis at Federal Government Polyclinic, (FGPC)
Islamabad.
Federal Government Polyclinic, Islamabad (FGPC) authority intends to auction the Condemn / Unserviceable
/ un-repairable furniture, minor equipment / instrument, electrical items & miscellaneous items at
Female doctors and Nursing hostel of the hospital “as is & where is” basis. The interested parties are
requested to visit for inspection of condemned items of this hospital. The auction will be carried out
under the supervision of Chairman Auction committee on 25-02-2026 at 11.30 AM:-

The Terms and conditions of auction are as under:-

1. The participants will submit deposit at call in favour of Executive Director, (FGPC), worth
Rs.100,000/- (re-fundable) for participation in auction.
2. The auction able items are consisting of two lots.
3. The successful bidder will deposit 25% of the total auctioned amount on the same day and
remaining amount will be deposited within three (03) days positively after the issuance of
award letter.
4. The successful bidder will take away auctioned items within 10 days, in case of failure 10% of
total value shall be charged as rent/penalty.
5. If successful bidder fails to take away auctioned items within 30 days, 100% of deposit at call
& deposited amount of 25% shall be forfeited in favour of Government of Pakistan.
6. All participants are requested to bring their Original CNIC issued by NADRA for participation
in auction process. Without Original CNIC, no-body will be allowed to enter the auction place
at FGPC, Islamabad.
7. The FGPC employees are not allowed to participate in the Auction process.
8. The successful bidder will pay the all prevailing Government Taxes/duties as admissible
under the rules.
9. Auctioned items will be handed over after making the full payment.
10. In case of any dispute, the Executive Director, FGPC, Islamabad will be the final authority.
