AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed bids are invited for disposal of the following “Old & Un-Serviceable Vehicles, Machinery, Scrap
materials and equipments” of Agricultural Engineering Department, Agriculture Extension Department
Agriculture Research Department, Registrar Cooperative Societies, are on “SAME AS EXIST BASIS
17 February 2026 Tuesday at 02:00 p.m. which will be opened 18 February, 2026 on
Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the office of the Director General, Agricultural Engineering Department,
Balochistan, Quetta / Secretary Auction Committee, Link Sariab Road Quetta. In presence of the
interested bidders/their representative’s members and committee thereof.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Tender should be in the name of Director General, Agricultural Engineering Department, Balochistan,
Quetta/Secretary Provincial Auction committee for disposal of Un-Serviceable Government Vehicles/
Machinery/Equipment & Scrap materials etc.
2. Tender forms can be obtained from the Technical Section (Auction Cell) of Directorate General,
Agricultural Engineering Department Link Sariab Road Quetta after payment
a. Bid form of vehicles/ Tractors per form Fees Rs.1000/-(call deposit amount 10% of the given bid)
b. Scrap Form Fees Scrap per Lot Rs. 5000/- (call deposit amount Rs. 100,000/-)
c. Bid Form of Motorcycles per lot Bid Rs.5000/-(call deposit amount Rs. 200.00/-)
Note: The Tender should be in the name of Director General, Agricultural Engineering Department
Balochistan, Quetta/Secretary, Provincial Auction Committee (Head of Account C03120. DDO (RCO)
QA7117). For disposal of Un-Serviceable Government Vehicles/machinerylequipment and scrap
materials etc. of Agriculture & Cooperative Department
3. Tender form fees should be submitted on Green Challan from National Bank of Pakistan per
Machinery vehicle lot (Non-Refundable) and providing a copy of C.N.I.C.
4. The security money of the Un-Successful bidder shall only be returned after finalization of the auction
proceedings. The Security money of the 2” highest bidder whose offers are above the present value will
be refunded after depositing cost by the highest bidder
5. The successful bidder has to deposit the full amount of the offer within fortnight of the “Acceptance of
his offer failing which his bid shall stand cancelled without assigning any further notice in this regard and
his security money shall be forfeited.
6. The successful bidder has to lift all the items sold to him at his own expenses within 15-days of the date
of issuance of authority / auction letter issued by the Director General, Agricultural Engineering
Department Balochistan, Quetta, failing which Rs. 1500/- per day per item will be charged as Storage
Charges and after expiry of further 15-days the offer in respect of un-lifted items will be cancelled and cost
thereof with total security money will be forfeited.
7. The successful bidder is required to transfer the machinery sanctioned in his favor within a month time,
after depositing the cost of the vehicle/machinery failing which he will be personally responsible for any
compensation.
8. Security Money in respect of the successful bidders shall only be refunded on production of a certificate
issued by the respective department, that the machinery/vehicle/lothas been lifted by the bidder
9. The committee reserve the rights to reject “ONE OR ALL” Bids forms without assigning any reason.
10. Conditional/incomplete or cutting offers shall not be considered.
11. Acopy of C-NIC of the bidder must be enclosed with the Bid form
12. The successful bidder has to pay all Taxes according to Government policy of the total offer & other
taxes if applicable.
13. No tender form will be sold after 17″ February 2026 after (2:00 PM) on Tuesday repeated 17″
February 2026 after (2:00 PM). The tender forms will be opened on 18 February 2026 after (2:00 PM)
on Wednesday, in the office of the Director General, Agricultural Engineering Department, Balochistan,
Quetta, chairman Auction Committee, Link Sariab Road, Quetta in presence of the interested bidders/
their representatives and members of the auction committee.
14. List of vehicle/machineries will be provided with the tender form
15. The machinery/vehicles/Tractors and scrap lot auction able items can be inspected during in the
office timings
