1.Senior Manager and Software Lead
Information Technology (IT)
Qualification:
–
Master’s degree (MS / MBA (IT)/ MIS) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Software
Engineering.
Relevant Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNA/
CCNP will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3-6 years in senior managerial role.
Software development experience 3-5 years.
• Prior experience in hospital information systems (HIS)
or ERP solutions preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall management of hospitals’ IT infrastructure,
HIS, EMR, ERP, and network systems.
Ensure data security, backups, disaster recovery, and
system availability.
Lead IT staff, vendors, and technology projects.
• Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and controls
Budgeting, procurement, and compliance with
regulatory requirements.
2.Software Development
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of software development experience
Experience in hospital information systems (HIS) or ERP
solutions preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development, customization, and integration of
hospital software systems.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments
for system requirements.
Supervise software team and ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain documentation, testing and system enhancements.
Ensure data integrity, performance and security.

health-care institution would be preferred.
