Applications are invited for the post of Director Training & Coordination, Fazala Medical

Director Training & Coordination
Qualification:-
MBBS from a PM&DC-recognized university / institution and postgraduate qualification in
Medical Administration/Health Professions Education (HPE). Preference will be given to
candidates having certificate/ diploma/ master’s in the relevant field from PM&DC/HEC-
recognized institution.
Experience:-
Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience of management, training, coordination,
preferably in Medical educational institutions/ Universities and Healthcare setups of
public or private sector of well repute.
Knowledge of National & international accreditation, teaching and quality standards in
Medical Education will be an added advantage.
Competency to establish performance management system & accountability at
teaching institution and hospitals.
Excellent analytical and coordination skills.
Proven leadership qualities to manage and facilitate teaching, clinical and
administrative workforce.
Ability to forecast, manage and monitor budgeting and financial resources to meet
teaching and administrative requirements.
