The applications are Invited from the candidates, having domicile of Sindh province on the prescribed application
form for the following non-teaching position along-with Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs.4000/- (non-refundable)
as processing fee in favor of the University of Mirpurkhas. The prescribed application form(s) can be

Qualification / Experience:
Qualification & Experience
PhD/MS/MPhil (Preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social
Sciences, or a relevant field) from an HEC recognized University with at least 12 years
of experience in academia, administration, quality assurance in higher education
Institutions, in which 5 years of experience in a leadership/managerial role related to
Quality Assurance, accreditation, or Institutional Research with experience in handling
Self-Assessment Reports (SARS), Program Accreditation, HEC Ranking Process, and
compliance with HEC/QAA policies. Knowledge of HEC criteria, National Qualifications
Framework (NQF), and Outcome-Based Education (OBE). Publications in quality
assurance and higher education, membership in quality assurance organizations (e.g.
OAA, APON, INQAAHE), and experience in international accreditation processes (e.g..
ABET, AACSB, NCEAC, PEC) shall be preferred.
Qualification / Experience:
PhD/MS/MPhil (Preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social
Sciences, or a relevant field) from an HEC recognized University with at least 12 years
of experience in academia, research administration, in higher education institutions, in
which 5 years of leadership/managerial experience in research development,
technology transfer, or commercialization with experience in research grants, funding
proposals, industry linkages, technology incubation, patents, and intellectual property
rights (IPR), HEC-funded research projects, research impact assessment, and
commercialization strategies. Strong research profile with publications in impact factor
journals, experience in establishing innovation hubs, incubators, and startups,
membership in research and innovation organizations (e.g. HEC ORIC Network.
UNESCO, IEEE, ACM). International exposure in research collaborations and industry
linkages shall be preferred. Preference will be given to PhD.
Qualification/Experience:
1st Class Master/Bachelor Degree (16 Years) in Computer Science / Computer System
from an HEC recognized University with 15 years’ experience in Technical Planning.
Designing. Implementation of Data Base, Network / Web / Video Conferencing /
Systems / E-leaming / Networks / IT Operations / IT Projects / Data Center / Security
and ERP in a Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body, out of which 3 years
mandatory experience in BPS-18 or equivalent. Certifications like CCNA, Security or
related from well reputed international institutions will be preferred.
Qualification / Experience:
Master’s degree / equivalent in Commerce / Economics / Finance preferably in First
Class or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized University / Institution with Six
(6) years’ experience in Audit and Accounts in a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above
in a University / Board / College / Government Department and/or any recognized
Commercial experience of Public Sector Universities shall be given preference.
OR
B.Com preferably in First Class or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized
University with Ten (10) years’ Accounts experience in Finance, Audit & Accounts in
a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a University/Board/College/Government
Department and/or any recognized Commercial institution. Experience of Universities
shall be given preference.
IMPORATNT INSTRUCTIONS:
Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government and autonomous bodies should apply through proper
channel accompanied by NOC from the employer and will be responsible for getting themselves relieved
properly from their departments.
Maximum age limit is 45 years, relaxable up-to 5-years, in case of highly qualified suitable candidates in
exceptional cases.
Incomplete applications i.e. without educational, professional and experience certificates, processing fee etc
or applications received after the specified date or those not eligible shall not be entertained.
The University reserves the right of cancellation of advertised post(s) at any stage.
Only short-listed candidates shall be called for test/interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/written test.
