HIRING ON DEPUTATION BASIS
National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) requires services of
dynamic, motivated and qualified officers of BS-19/equivalent working in Federal/
Provisional Governments/Autonomous Bodies, on standard terms and conditions against
the following positions.

Terms and conditions:
Qualification/Experience/Age
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Business
Administration/ Finance / Accounting / Financial
Management/Commerce/Statistics or Equivalent from
HEC/Foreign recognized University/Institute. Preference
will be given to those having certifications, namely CA,
ACCA, CFA, CIA, CISA, CMA, FRM etc.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of overall experience/
Government Service including at-least 10 years of
experience in handling matters related to Audit / Budget/
Finance/Accounts/Project Monitoring, However, relaxation
in experience for higher qualification(s) shall be given.
Age: 50 Years maximum
The positions are required to be filled on deputation through approved SOPs.
Only regular public / Civil Servants working in Federal / Provisional Government
Organizations/Autonomous Bodies in same scale are eligible to apply online through

advertisement. Contract or project-based employees are not eligible to apply.

iv. Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
v. Applicants must produce a departmental NOC at the time of interview.
vi. Applicant will be disqualified, if they failed to meet the prerequisites of the advertised
posts at the time of interview

will result in disqualification.
vii. The selected candidates will be posted at NAVTTC HQs, Islamabad.
ix. NAVTTC reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any application or the entire hiring
process at any stage without assigning any reason and to increase or decrease the
number of posts as deemed necessary.
