General Terms and Conditions:
DAE, Diploma or degree in
surveying, civil engineering, or a
related field. Proficiency in using
surveying software (e.g. AutoCAD,

1. Persons already employed in any Goverment or other organizations should apply through proper

2. Experience means the experience gained after acquiring the basic requisite qualification for the post.

4. All the positions are project based and no claims for regularization shall be entertained.
5. The scrutiny of applications shall be final and only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be invited for
the interview.
6. The GBI/upon delay! non receipt of call letters due to any lapse of courier agency/post office etc, will
not be responsible.
7. The GBI/PMU reserves the right not to fill any position or withhold any vacancies as per requirement/
availability of funds.
8. Appointment will be made initially for a period of one (01) year and likely to extend up to project
completion subject to the satisfactory performance.
9. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
10. An affidavit of Rs. 50, duly attested by a Notary Public, is mandatory, stating that all the attached
documents are valid and original.
11. The application, along with duly attested supporting documents, must be submitted to the below
mentioned office within 15 days of the date of the advertisement.
