Environmental Science. Industrial
Engineering or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree in HSE, Environmental
Management, Engineering, or Business
(MBA) preferred.
• Professional certifications stach
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. CSP.
CMIOSH, CIH, ISO Lead Auditor (ISO
45001 ISO 14001) are strongly preferred.
Experience
■15 years of progressive experience in
HSE leadership, including corporate or
enterprise-level roles.
■Demonstrated experience leading HSE
programs across multiple sites, regions,
or business units. Proven background
in high-hazard or regulated industries
(eg, energy, manufacturing.
construction, EPC).
• Experience managing serious incidents.
investigations and regulatory
enforcement actions. Track record of
improving safety performance.

Objective
The Chief Safety Officer (CHSE)
shall serve as the company’s
ultimate independent authority and
strategic leader for Safety, Health,
Environment, and Social (HSES).

ensuring that zero-harm principles.
